Account Executive
High-impact sales opportunity for an experienced marketing researcher who combines hands-on sophisticated research design and analytical expertise with a commitment to quality and exceptional client service. Major focus will be to identify, secure and maintain client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years marketing research experience from either the supplier or client side, plus a proven track record of achievement in research sales.

MRSI currently has openings for the following positions at our Tri-County Call Center in Cincinnati, Ohio:

Team Leader
Immediate opening for full-time Call Center Team Leader. This position is directly responsible for the successful nightly operation of marketing research studies. Duties include but are not limited to script testing, quality assurance monitoring, staff development, and sample and quota management.

Requirements include 2 years of supervisory experience (preferably in a Call Center environment) OR a college degree. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and coaching skills, attention to detail and Word/Excel proficiency. Must be able to work 2nd shift (4 p.m. to 12 midnight) and Saturday afternoons. This is an excellent entry-level supervisory position.

Interviewer Positions Ideal for:
*Homemakers *Retirees *Second Incomers *College Students

Part Time Marketing Research Interviewers
Conduct marketing research surveys by phone with consumers nationwide about the products and services they use. Requires excellent reading and communication skills, 30wpm typing and a positive attitude.

Bilingual Interviewer
This position is directly responsible for conducting phone interviews with the Hispanic community. Requires excellent reading and communication skills in Spanish and English, a mature work ethic, and a customer service attitude.
