On September 18, 1973, MRSI was founded
in a small basement office in Cincinnati, Ohio with
three hardworking and dedicated employees. Today our
multi-location operation employs close to 300 people
and we serve many of America's Fortune 500 companies across industries
such as consumer
goods, pharmaceuticals,
healthcare,
retail,
and restaurants.
Since its beginning, MRSI has been
an industry leader in technology, research innovation,
and customer
service. We were the 2nd US firm to adopt CATI
in the early 1980's and we continue to be trendsetters
in the industry with our online research methodology.
Other innovations include leading the development of
predictive dialing for the research industry.
Outstanding customer service is a
way of life at MRSI and always has been. Our clients
become our research partners.
A testament to our commitment to building long-term
relationships is our partnership with Kroger. Our company
was founded as a partner with Kroger and they remain
a client over thirty years later.
In June 2005, MRSI was acquired by
the MVL Group. MVL's mission is to bring together marketing
research companies from three distinct, yet complementary,
service areas, full-service, online research, and data
collection, to offer a complete portfolio of research.
