Laura Kleckner, Vice President, Client Services

Laura prides herself on being an extension of her client
teams; striving to bring the laid back vibe of the west coast to
her client interactions. With over 15 years of experience, she
specializes in pharmaceutical and healthcare research (physician
and consumer) across numerous disease states.
In her current role, Laura is responsible for account strategy;
designing actionable research initiatives to address business
questions both at the corporate level and for brand specific
initiatives.
Her natural curiosity about human behavior, brands and trends
results in an ability to provide unique, creative research
solutions. Laura's areas of specialty include concept/message
development, advertising assessment, tracking, and longitudinal
health research.
Prior to joining MRSI, Laura served as an account executive at
NFO Research, servicing the food and beverage division of
P&G.
Laura holds an MA in sociology from the University of Cincinnati
with a concentration in public opinion and survey research and is
also a RIVA Certified Qualitative Moderator.
A recent transplant to Portland, Oregon, Laura spends her free
time exploring the city on her
motor-scooter or on foot with her dog Lola.
