Ed has been with MRSI since 1981. He specializes in tracking research, with 25 years of experience in this area. Ed also has experience with product testing, specifically among hard-to-reach consumers. 

Ed has a passion for client service, taking ownership of their problems and challenges. He also enjoys bringing his clients closer to their data via interactive database solutions. Ed has a BS in Marketing from Ohio State University.
